2. ما نجمعه

الاسم، المدينة، باب العناية، ونص الرسالة إن كتبتها في النموذج. هذه الحقول تُحمَل إلى واتساب على جهازك ثم تُرسَل إلى الرقم أعلاه إن أتممت الإرسال. لا نخزّن النموذج على خادم خاص بهذا الملف الثابت.

إن راسلتنا على واتساب فإن سياسة واتساب/ميتا تنطبق أيضاً على تلك المحادثة.

2. What we collect

Name, city, door of care, and your message if you use the form. Those fields are packed into a WhatsApp link on your device and sent only if you complete the send. This static page does not keep its own server database. WhatsApp/Meta policies also apply to the chat.

This static page does not itself set tracking cookies. If ad networks are added later, their tools and policies apply.

5. الأطفال

المجلس ليس موجّهاً لمن دون 13 سنة. لا نطلب رسائل من الأطفال.

6. حقوق كاليفورنيا

إن كنت مقيماً في كاليفورنيا يمكنك طلب معرفة ما نحتفظ به من محادثتك أو حذف ما يمكننا حذفه من أجهزتنا. راسل الرقم نفسه واكتب «طلب خصوصية».

6. California rights

California residents may ask what we hold from a chat or that we delete what we can delete from our devices. Write “privacy request” on the same number.

7. الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بمحادثة واتساب ما دامت لازمة للرد أو للقانون، ثم نحذف ما لا يلزم.

7. Retention

WhatsApp threads are kept only as needed to reply or to meet law, then trimmed.
